This role involves providing intensive, family-focused community-based therapy for adolescents at risk of out-of-home placement, addressing behavioral issues across family, school, and community systems.

Work in Waterville, Androscoggin County, or surrounding areas, with opportunities for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. The position includes comprehensive training in evidence-based therapies such as MST-PSB, with ongoing supervision and professional growth support.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a related field, are fully licensed or on track for licensure, and have experience working with families and in mental health settings. Strong teamwork, flexibility, and comfort working in clients’ homes are essential.
