Join our NICU team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Bend, Oregon, at our Level III NICU.

Lead neonatal resuscitations, care for term and preterm infants, and support families in a compassionate, family-centered environment.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, nurses, and respiratory therapists.

Utilize advanced skills in procedures, ventilator management, and neonatal transport support.

Participate in simulations, quality improvement, and mentoring, with flexible 12- and 24-hour shifts, no formal call.

Requires at least 2 years NICU experience in a Level III setting and certification as an NNP or PA.
