Seeking a Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider (NNP or PA) to lead neonatal resuscitation, develop care plans for NICU patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a 24/7 Neonatology unit. Responsibilities include newborn assessment, emergency interventions, managing treatments, and participating in quality improvement, education, and safety activities. The role involves both clinical duties—such as intubation, line placements, and ventilator management—and non-clinical activities like training, committee participation, and outreach education. Candidates must have at least two years of NICU experience, appropriate licensure, certifications, and EMR proficiency. The position requires physical stamina, teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Work hours include day and night shifts with no formal on-call duties, supporting a collaborative and supportive team environment.
