Job Description
Seeking a Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider (NNP or PA) to lead neonatal resuscitations, develop care plans, and manage infants in the NICU with 24/7 coverage.
Provide neonatal assessments, stabilize infants at delivery, and deliver ongoing NICU care in collaboration with the care team. Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, line placements, and ventilator management. Participate in quality improvement, education, telemedicine, and transport support activities. Collaborate with families and team members, mentor new staff, and ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements. Requires minimum two years of NICU experience, appropriate licensure, certifications, and proficiency in EMR systems. This full-time, exempt role involves day and night shifts, emphasizing teamwork, leadership, and excellence in neonatal care.
