The Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider (NNP or PA) role involves leading neonatal resuscitations, developing care plans, and managing infants in the NICU in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Work schedule includes 24/7 coverage with rotating 12- and 24-hour shifts, primarily at Bend NICU, with no formal call duties but a team-oriented approach.
