Job Description

Seeking a Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider (NNP or PA) to lead resuscitation, develop NICU care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Work involves 24/7 coverage with shifts of 12 or 24 hours, including day and night duties, and participation in quality improvement, education, and mentorship activities.

Key responsibilities include neonatal assessment, resuscitation, admissions, treatment planning, family communication, and participating in transport and telemedicine support.

Required skills encompass advanced airway management, line placements, ventilator support, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications include completion of an approved NP/PA program, Oregon licensure, national certification, and at least two years of NICU experience.

Additional duties involve non-clinical activities like QA/QI projects, staff education, and committee participation.

Must adhere to safety, confidentiality, and hospital policies, with physical ability to perform essential tasks.

Schedule totals 40 hours/week, primarily on assigned shifts, with a focus on patient-centered, team-oriented care.
