Seeking a Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider (NNP or PA) to lead neonatal resuscitations, develop care plans, and manage NICU patients in a 24/7 setting. Responsibilities include assessing infants at delivery and admission, performing procedures (e.g., intubation, line placements), and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role involves supporting quality improvement, mentoring staff, and participating in educational activities. Work hours include rotating day and night shifts with no formal call expectations. Essential skills encompass neonatal resuscitation, airway management, and invasive procedures. Requirements include certification, licensure, minimum two years of NICU experience, and proficiency with EMR systems.
