Job Description

Seeking a Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider (NNP or PA) to lead neonatal resuscitation, develop care plans, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary NICU team.

Responsibilities include managing neonatal assessments, resuscitations, admissions, treatments, and transfers, as well as participating in quality improvement, education, and telemedicine support.

The role involves 24/7 coverage with 12- or 24-hour shifts, primarily at the Bend location, with no formal call duties.

Required qualifications include certification as an NNP or PA, current licensure, and minimum two years of NICU experience. Skills needed encompass advanced neonatal procedures such as intubation, line placements, ventilation management, and resuscitation.

The position also entails non-clinical activities like QA/QI projects, education, and mentorship.
