Job Description

Join a dedicated NICU team in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) at a Level III NICU.

  • Lead neonatal resuscitations and provide comprehensive care for term and preterm infants.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, nurses, and respiratory therapists.
  • Utilize advanced skills in resuscitation, ventilator management, and neonatal transport.
  • Participate in simulations, quality improvement, and mentoring activities.

    • Schedule: 24/7 coverage with flexible day/night shifts, no formal call.

    Qualifications: Certification as NNP or PA, minimum 2 years NICU experience, strong procedural skills, passion for family-centered care.
