Job Description
Seeking a Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider (NNP or PA) to lead neonatal resuscitations, develop care plans for NICU admissions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a 24/7 operation.
Provide neonatal management, including assessments, resuscitations, treatments, and transfers, ensuring family-centered care.
Participate in quality improvement, education, transport support, and safety initiatives, with responsibilities for day and night shifts.
Perform advanced clinical procedures such as intubation, line placements, and ventilator management.
Engage in non-clinical activities like QA/QI projects, staff training, and outreach education.
Require current licensure, certification, and at least two years of neonatal NICU experience, with strong communication skills and EMR proficiency.
