Join a dedicated NICU team in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

  • Lead neonatal resuscitations and provide expert care for term and preterm infants in a Level III NICU.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional outcomes.

  • Participate in simulations, quality improvement, and mentorship opportunities.

    • Schedule includes 24/7 coverage with flexible day and night shifts, no formal call, and structured handoffs. Requirements include certification, 2+ years NICU experience, and procedural skills.
