Job Description

Join a Level III NICU team in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

Lead neonatal resuscitations at birth and care for both term and preterm infants.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, nurses, and respiratory therapists.

Utilize advanced skills in resuscitation, ventilator management, and neonatal transport.

Participate in simulations, quality improvement, and mentoring.

Schedule includes 24/7 coverage with flexible day and night shifts, no formal call. Requires at least 2 years NICU experience, certification, and procedural skills.
