Join our NICU team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Bend, Oregon.

Our Level III NICU provides compassionate, family-centered care for newborns, offering opportunities to lead resuscitations, manage ventilators, and support neonatal transports.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in quality improvement, and mentor new staff, with flexible 12- and 24-hour shifts covering 24/7 care.

Ideal candidates hold NNP or PA certification, have at least 2 years NICU experience, and possess strong procedural skills.
