Job Description

Join our Level III NICU team in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

  • Lead neonatal resuscitations and provide care for both term and preterm infants in a collaborative, family-centered environment.
  • Work alongside neonatologists, nurses, and respiratory therapists, utilizing advanced skills in resuscitation, ventilator management, and neonatal transport.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule with 12- and 24-hour shifts, no formal call, and structured handoffs.
  • Bring at least 2 years of NICU experience, procedural skills, and a passion for supporting families.
