Job Description

Join a dedicated NICU team in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

  • Lead neonatal resuscitations, manage care for term and preterm infants, and support neonatal transport in a Level III NICU.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists, nurses, and respiratory therapists.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule with 12- and 24-hour shifts, no formal call, and structured handoffs.
  • Bring at least 2 years of NICU experience, procedural skills, and a passion for family-centered care.
