Join a dedicated NICU team at a Level III facility in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

This role offers the opportunity to lead neonatal resuscitations, provide family-centered care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, nurses, and therapists. You’ll utilize your advanced skills daily, including resuscitation, ventilator management, and neonatal transport support. The schedule includes flexible 12- and 24-hour shifts with no formal call requirements, fostering a supportive environment.
