Job Description

Seeking a Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider (NNP or PA) to lead neonatal resuscitations and develop care plans in a 24/7 NICU setting.

  • Provide neonatal assessments, manage admissions, treatments, and ongoing care for infants in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Perform urgent procedures such as intubation, line placements, and resuscitation efforts.
  • Participate in quality improvement, staff education, telemedicine support, and transport activities.
  • Support family-centered care, mentor new staff, and contribute to department committees.
  • Maintain certifications, licensure, and comply with hospital policies and safety standards.

    • Requires at least 2 years of NICU experience, certification, and proficiency in neonatal procedures. The position offers flexible shifts, with no formal call duties, and involves clinical and non-clinical responsibilities to enhance neonatal care quality. Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting, with adherence to PPE protocols.
