Join a regional neonatal care team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) supporting Level III and Level IV NICUs across California’s Central Valley.

As an NNP, you’ll provide advanced clinical care, education, and advocacy for newborns, collaborating with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams in a full-scope role primarily at a Level III NICU, with opportunities to rotate through Level IV and other NICUs.

The network supports over 2,300 infant admissions annually, offering access to pediatric subspecialists and a comprehensive team. Candidates should have a master’s in nursing, neonatal NP certification, active CA licensure, and relevant NICU experience or recent graduates encouraged to apply.

Schedule includes 24-hour coverage with rotating shifts; pay ranges from $75-$111/hour. Benefits include health, dental, retirement, professional development, and relocation assistance. This in-person role is based in Fresno, CA, requiring relocation before start.
