Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Nephrology Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role with a competitive salary of $60-$80/hour, plus productivity bonuses.
Provide hospital coverage on weekdays and weekends (shared with other providers) and conduct rounds in dialysis units.
Offer flexible outpatient office hours.
Obtain medical histories, perform physical exams, and recommend necessary studies to support diagnoses.
Manage patient documentation accurately and evaluate and treat kidney-related diseases, including dialysis assessments.
Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and coordinate care.
Qualifications include an active NY license, 2+ years of clinical experience (preferably in nephrology), national certification, and DEA registration or eligibility.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
