Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Nephrology Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role with a competitive salary of $60-$80/hr plus productivity bonuses.
Provide hospital coverage on weekdays and weekends, sharing duties with other providers, and round in dialysis units.
Offer flexible outpatient office hours and coordinate care with the primary team.
Obtain patient histories, perform examinations, order and interpret tests, and evaluate patients for dialysis.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
Requirements include an active NY license, 2+ years of clinical experience (preferably in Nephrology), national certification, and DEA eligibility.
