Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Mansfield, Ohio, providing comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic kidney conditions in inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis settings.

  • Conduct assessments, physical exams, and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and manage treatment plans, prescribe medications, and coordinate dialysis and transplant care.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle changes.
  • Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.

    • Qualifications include an active Ohio NP license, national certification, and strong critical thinking and communication skills. The role offers a flexible schedule, paid time off, and a salary range of $90,000–$150,000.
