Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Mansfield, Ohio area.
Provide comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams in inpatient and outpatient settings. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests such as labs and imaging. Develop and manage evidence-based treatment plans for kidney-related conditions. Prescribe and oversee medications to preserve renal function and manage comorbidities. Coordinate care for dialysis patients and those awaiting or post-transplant. Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle changes. Communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and document encounters accurately in the EHR. Qualifications include an Ohio NP license, national certification, and strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Benefits include a flexible schedule and paid time off. This full-time role offers a salary range of $90,000 to $150,000 annually.
