Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive patient care in inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis settings.

  • Conduct health assessments, examinations, and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and manage treatment plans for kidney-related conditions.
  • Prescribe medications and coordinate dialysis and transplant care.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle changes.
  • Collaborate effectively with the care team and document patient encounters accurately.

    • Qualifications include an active Ohio NP license, national certification, and strong critical thinking and communication skills.

    This full-time role offers a salary range of $90,000-$150,000, with benefits like flexible scheduling and paid time off. In-person work is based in Mansfield, OH.
