Nephrology Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care for patients with kidney diseases across inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis settings.

• Perform health assessments, physical exams, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop and manage evidence-based treatment plans, prescribe medications, and coordinate dialysis and transplant care.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle modifications.
• Serve as a liaison within the multidisciplinary team, ensuring accurate documentation in EHR.

Qualifications include an Ohio NP license, national certification, and strong critical thinking and communication skills. The role offers full-time employment with a salary range of $90,000-$150,000, flexible schedule, and paid time off. Work is in person, based out of Mansfield, OH.
