Job Description

This position seeks a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join the Neuro Critical Care (NCC) team at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.

  • Role involves providing high-quality inpatient NCC services on a 12-hour nocturnist shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
  • Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive shift handoffs, collaborating with neurology residents and multidisciplinary teams, managing neurosurgery consults from the ER, partnering with physicians on complex cases, and mentoring neurology residents.
  • Coordination across departments such as Neurosurgery, Stroke, and Neurology is essential.
