Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Neurology Nurse Practitioner (NP) for our outpatient neurology practice in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose and manage neurological conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.

Perform procedures such as lumbar punctures and Botox injections under physician supervision.

Educate patients and families, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and participate in team meetings and quality initiatives.

Coordinate follow-up care, referrals, and manage chronic conditions via telehealth or in person.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, active CA NP license, and at least 2 years of clinical experience. Strong neurology knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in EHR systems are required.

Compensation ranges from $90,000-$110,000 annually, with full benefits. This full-time role offers a Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends or on-call, and requires relocation to Thousand Oaks.
