Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Neurology Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient neurology team in Thousand Oaks, CA.
Provide comprehensive neurological assessments, diagnose and manage conditions like migraines, epilepsy, stroke, and Parkinson’s disease. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and perform procedures such as lumbar punctures and Botox injections under physician supervision. Educate patients and families, document in EHR, and coordinate referrals for ongoing care. Work full-time (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM), with no weekends or holidays. Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Nursing, active California NP license, 2+ years of clinical experience, and certification from AANP or ANCC. Strong communication skills, proficiency in EHR, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach are essential. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and malpractice insurance. Relocation required before starting.
