Job Description
Associate Clinicians provide direct behavioral health services, including assessments, therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, care coordination, and resource referrals. They ensure confidentiality, complete documentation timely, and collaborate with the clinical team and community partners to deliver quality care.
Responsibilities include scheduling and maintaining client sessions (25-35 weekly), conducting assessments, engaging new clients, and participating in supervision, staff meetings, and trainings. Successful completion of initial 120 days is required for continued employment and pay increases.
Positions are full-time or part-time, starting at $46-$49/hour, with approximately 20 hours weekly.
