Job Description

We are a well-established pediatric private practice in Ithaca, NY, seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, outpatient team.

Responsibilities include providing outpatient care for patients birth to age 21, routine well-child visits, newborn care, lactation support, acute illness management, and mental health care, all within an evidence-based, family-centered approach. The role involves working closely with a physician and interdisciplinary team, seeing approximately 16 patients daily, with no on-call or inpatient duties.

Qualifications include NY licensure, minimum 2 years clinical experience (pediatrics preferred), and lactation certification or willingness to obtain training.
