Job Description

We are a well-established pediatric private practice in Ithaca, NY, with a team of 13 medical providers, behavioral health specialists, and a care coordinator. We seek an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 2+ years of pediatric clinical experience, preferably with lactation expertise (CLC or IBCLC) or willingness to obtain training. This outpatient role involves providing care from birth to age 21, including newborn visits, well-child exams, acute illness management, and mental health support, within a collaborative team. The schedule averages 16 patients daily, with no on-call or inpatient duties.

Qualifications include NY licensure, strong communication skills, and a commitment to family-centered, evidence-based care. Compensation ranges from $50–$60/hr plus bonuses, with benefits such as PTO, CME stipend, health insurance, retirement, and flexible scheduling.
