NP or PA in Ithaca, NY

Job Description

We are a well-established pediatric private practice in Ithaca, NY, seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team.

Provide outpatient care for children from birth to age 21, including newborn visits, lactation support, well-child exams, and management of acute illnesses.

Participate in addressing pediatric mental health concerns within a team-based, evidence-based practice.

Work approximately 16 patients daily with a focus on family-centered care, no on-call or inpatient duties.

Qualifications: NY-licensed NP or PA with 2+ years of pediatrics experience, preferably with lactation certification or willingness to obtain. Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Compensation & Benefits: $50–$60/hr, PTO/CME, CME stipend, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), flexible schedule, and supportive environment.
