Job Description

We are a well-established pediatric private practice in Ithaca, NY, seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, outpatient team.

Provide care for children from birth to 21, including newborn visits, routine well-child exams, and acute illness management.

Assist with pediatric mental health concerns and support lactation (certification preferred or willingness to obtain training).

Work closely with a physician and interdisciplinary team, seeing approximately 16 patients daily with no on-call or inpatient duties.

Qualifications: NY-licensed NP or PA with 2+ years of clinical experience; strong communication and teamwork skills; family-centered, evidence-based approach.

Compensation & Benefits: $50–$60/hour, PTO/CME, health/dental/vision insurance, retirement plan, flexible schedule, and additional benefits.
