Job Description

We are a well-established pediatric private practice in Ithaca, NY, dedicated to providing evidence-based, compassionate care for children from birth to age 21.

The position is for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 2+ years clinical experience, preferably with lactation certification (CLC or IBCLC) or willingness to obtain training. It is a 100% outpatient role with no on-call or inpatient duties.

Responsibilities include routine pediatric and newborn care, well-child visits, managing acute illnesses, and supporting pediatric mental health, all within a team-based, family-centered model.

Qualifications: NY licensed NP or PA, strong communication and teamwork skills, and lactation expertise or willingness to learn.
