Job Description

We are a well-established pediatric private practice in Ithaca, NY, seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, outpatient team.

Provide care for patients from birth to age 21, including newborn visits, routine well-child exams, preventive care, and management of acute illnesses.

Collaborate with a team of providers to deliver evidence-based, family-centered care, with a focus on pediatric mental health and lactation support.

Work approximately 16 patients daily in a supportive environment with no on-call or inpatient duties.

Qualifications include NY licensure, 2+ years of pediatric experience, and preferred lactation certification or willingness to obtain training.

Compensation ranges from $50–$60/hour plus bonuses, with comprehensive benefits, PTO, CME stipend, and a flexible schedule.
