Job Description
The NP/PA provides patient-centered care in urgent and occupational medicine settings, focusing on evaluating and treating acute illnesses and injuries, performing minor procedures such as suturing and I&D, and conducting pre-employment and DOT physicals, injury assessments, and management.
This role requires collaboration with physicians, nursing, and support staff to ensure high-quality care, efficiency, and a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment. Medical coverage begins on the first day of employment, with other benefits effective the following month.
- 36 hours per week, first shift from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Every third weekend
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Current, unrestricted Indiana NP or PA license
- 1-2 years clinical experience preferred; urgent care or occupational medicine experience a plus
