Job Description

Seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a

  • Remote Virtual Urgent Care role in the DFW metroplex, serving patients and staff with high-quality, compassionate telehealth services.
  • Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients via telehealth, conducting triage, video visits, and follow-ups, with documentation in Epic EMR.
  • Work within a queue-based system, typically seeing 3-4 patients per hour, independently collaborating with virtual and in-office teams through daily huddles and meetings.
  • Open 365 days, 7am-11pm, with various shifts; occasional coverage at Employee Clinic in Irving.
  • Requirements: Active NP or PA license in Texas and Louisiana (or eligibility), residency in DFW, completion of accredited FNP or PA program, 5+ years urgent care/emergency medicine experience preferred, EPIC experience a plus.
  • Must have strong communication skills, be flexible, personable, self-motivated, and available for weekday and weekend shifts.
