Job Description
This full-time RN leadership role oversees the Med/Surg and Emergency Departments, ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care within budget.
Demonstrates strong leadership, staff engagement, and fosters a positive environment. Implements quality and infection control initiatives, collaborates on education strategies, and assists with staff development and orientation. Manages daily operations, staffing, triage, and resource allocation, providing hands-on patient care when needed. Utilizes nursing standards, maintains documentation, and communicates effectively with staff and physicians. Participates in policy development, audits, committees, and performance reviews.
Maintains compliance with regulatory standards, supports hospital mission, and models professional behavior. Requires RN licensure, relevant experience, leadership skills, and proficiency in clinical and computer skills.
