We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager to oversee clinical operations at our long-term care facility.
Ensure regulatory compliance and promote a person-centered culture. Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments covering nutrition, skin integrity, mobility, cognition, and more. Support resident self-determination regarding activities and care plans. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies. Coordinate quality assurance programs and ensure accurate, confidential clinical records. Assist with diagnostic procedures, admissions, discharges, and resident-family communication. Candidate Requirements: RN license with 3-5 years of related long-term care experience. CPR certification within one month of hire and ongoing maintenance. Strong leadership and clinical skills to support a compassionate, compliant environment.
