Job Description

We are seeking a full-time RN supervisor to oversee staff assignment, ensure quality resident care, and promote teamwork.

  • Assign staff duties, monitor resident assessments, and report concerns promptly.
  • Manage staff, enforce policies, and foster professionalism and accountability.
  • Develop staff goals, serve as a resource, and direct clinical care using sound judgment.
  • Review and update care plans, provide resident/family education, and ensure safety protocols.
  • Complete monthly QAPI tasks and monitor pharmacy recommendations.

  • Qualifications include an active RN license, 3-5 years of nursing experience, supervisory skills, and strong communication abilities. Physical stamina and proper lifting techniques are required.

    Compensation ranges from $65,798 to $109,663 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities. The role involves in-person work.
