Job Description

This role involves supervising nursing staff to ensure proper resident care and adherence to policies.

  • Assigns duties, promotes teamwork, and encourages staff responsibility and accountability.
  • Completes resident assessments, updates care plans, and communicates with residents, families, and staff.
  • Manages staff performance, provides discipline as needed, and fosters professionalism.
  • Utilizes sound nursing judgment for direct patient care and documents care plans and interventions.
  • Coordinates with Charge Nurses on clinical needs and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintains knowledge of emergency procedures and monitors quality improvement initiatives.


  • Qualifications include: RN license, 3-5 years of nursing experience, supervisory experience preferred, strong communication, and physical ability to assist with resident mobility.

    Type: Full-time, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education.

    Pay: $65,798 – $109,663 annually.

    Work is in person.
