Job Description

Join a leading cardiovascular care team as a Nurse Manager in the Cath Lab at a premier hospital in Leesburg, FL.

  • Oversee daily operations, clinical standards, and administrative functions of the Cath Lab.
  • Supervise nursing staff and technologists, collaborating with interventional cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Manage procedural scheduling, patient throughput, safety compliance, and quality initiatives.
  • Drive performance improvements, handle budgets, staffing, and equipment needs.

  • Qualifications: BSN required; master’s preferred. Active FL RN license, 3–5 years Cath Lab or critical care experience, and 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
