Job Description

This Nurse Leadership role oversees the Pediatric Cardiac Operating Room, managing patient care, staff development, and environment of practice.
It involves strategic planning, quality improvement, and resource management for approximately 360 cardiac procedures annually.
The ideal candidate has leadership experience, pediatric Cardiac OR expertise as a scrub and circulating nurse, and a strong background in nursing management.
Responsibilities include policy development, staff supervision, budgeting, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and educational growth.
Requirements include a Delaware RN license, 5+ years clinical experience (preferably in pediatrics), management background, and relevant certifications.
