Our 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, established in 1850, is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a non-profit, non-sectarian environment. We are seeking a Full-time RN Nurse Manager to oversee patient care on a designated unit, supervise staff, and ensure smooth facility operations during assigned weekends and days.
Responsibilities include supervising, motivating, planning, and evaluating staff, managing policies, cost containment, and ensuring patient welfare. Work hours typically 8:00 am-4:00 pm, with schedule adjustments as needed. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $95,000 annually.
