Job Description

The Nurse Manager, L&D oversees daily operations of the Labor and Delivery unit, ensuring quality patient care, staff performance, and staff development.


  • Promotes collaboration with other departments, physicians, and nursing schools to solve technical and administrative challenges.

  • Requires at least 5 years of L&D experience, current RN license, and certifications in NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring.

  • Must have strong leadership, communication skills, and understanding of OR processes and L&D protocols.

  • Responsible for managing staffing needs, 24/7 coverage, and making independent decisions to adapt best practices.

  • This full-time role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $130,000, and requires in-person work.
