Job Description
The Nurse Manager, L&D oversees daily operations of the Labor and Delivery unit, ensuring quality patient care, staff performance, and staff development.
Promotes collaboration with other departments, physicians, and nursing schools to solve technical and administrative challenges. Requires at least 5 years of L&D experience, current RN license, and certifications in NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring. Must have strong leadership, communication skills, and understanding of OR processes and L&D protocols. Responsible for managing staffing needs, 24/7 coverage, and making independent decisions to adapt best practices. This full-time role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $130,000, and requires in-person work.
