Seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Pediatrics in Abilene, TX for a permanent, full-time role.

Responsible for overseeing daily operations and long-term planning of the pediatric care unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and family-centered environment.

Lead and develop nursing staff, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and maintain fiscal responsibility.

Requirements include a BSN (or in progress with completion within 12 months), minimum of 2 years nursing experience, current TX RN license, BLS, and PALS certifications.

Candidate should have strong leadership, communication, report analysis, and computer skills, with the ability to coordinate meetings and gather information effectively.
