Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager – Pediatrics in Abilene, TX, for a permanent leadership role.

Responsible for overseeing daily operations and strategic planning of the pediatric care unit, promoting patient and family-centered care.

Lead and develop nursing staff, ensure fiscal responsibility, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements include a BSN (or in progress, completed within 12 months), minimum of 2 years nursing experience, current TX RN license, BLS, and PALS certification.

Ideal candidates will have strong report analysis, communication, meeting coordination, research, and computer skills.

Designated Driver: No | OSHA Category: 1 – High Risk.
