Seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager – Pediatrics in Abilene, TX, for a permanent, full-time leadership role.

Responsible for overseeing daily operations and long-term planning of the pediatric care unit, promoting patient health and family-centered care.

Lead and develop nursing staff, ensure fiscal responsibility, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements include a BSN (or in progress with completion within 12 months), minimum of 2 years nursing experience, and a current Texas RN license.

Must hold BLS and PALS certifications, with strong leadership, communication, report analysis, and computer skills.
