Job Description

The Part-Time Nurse Practitioner in Gastroenterology provides patient-centered care under physician supervision at a clinic in Lubbock, TX.

Evaluates, diagnoses, and manages GI and liver conditions such as GERD, IBS, IBD, and liver disease.

Reviews diagnostics, develops treatment plans, prescribes medications, and educates patients on disease management and lifestyle modifications.

Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and maintains accurate documentation.

Participates in clinical training and quality initiatives, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Nursing, current Texas NP license, certification, and at least one year of experience, preferably in gastroenterology.

The role involves two days per week on-site, with potential for additional shifts, requiring physical stamina and the ability to work in a clinical environment. Relocation to Snyder, TX, is necessary before starting.
