Job Description

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services in long-term care, supporting over 600 facilities across multiple states and expanding.

Immediate openings are available for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing or interested in geriatric psychiatry, based in Bloomington, IL.

This position can be full-time or part-time, offering flexible daytime hours, no weekends or on-call, and a supportive team environment with dedicated management and advanced clinical systems.

Responsibilities include providing psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management for primarily geriatric patients in rehabilitation, assisted living, and nursing home settings. The role involves seeing 12-15 patients daily, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring proper documentation and Medicare compliance.

Qualifications include an accredited NP or PA degree, valid state license, DEA registration, and excellent communication skills. Experience with geriatric mental health and Medicare standards is preferred.
