Seeking a part-time, exempt provider for in-person primary care at skilled nursing facilities with flexible, short workdays (6-hour shifts) and no on-call or overnight duties.

  • Earn up to $165,000 annually with monthly productivity bonuses and comprehensive benefits including 401k match, disability, life insurance, licensure reimbursement, and malpractice coverage.
  • Responsibilities include daily rounding, managing resident care, prescribing treatments, and timely documentation using user-friendly electronic health records such as ChartEasy? and other facility systems.
